Private Classes

IMG_0259

In light of the COVID-19 restrictions on social gatherings, multiple yoga studios and gyms have suspended public classes in the meantime to help contain the spread of the virus.

To help eager students continue on with their practice, I will be offering private classes that can be done either with home visits, if permitted, or online classes.

What are the differences between Private Yoga Class and Online Yoga Class?

Private Class

  • 60-minute yoga class of any style you prefer (Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Budokon, Prenatal)
  • For the time being, private classes are only scheduled in the mornings and afternoons, depending on teacher’s availability
  • Physical presence of teacher who can give more accurate alignment and movement cues for your practice
  • Requirements: own yoga mat and open space
  • Limited contact: There can be a maximum of 4 attendees in the class, provided the space is big enough to create a 1 meter distance between yoga mats and enough space for the teacher to move around 1 meter away from students
  • Can be an interactive, focused, and rigorous practice under the proper guidance of the teacher

Online Class

  • 60-minute online yoga class of any style you prefer (Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Budokon, Prenatal)
  • Flexible schedule with more availability in the late afternoons and evenings (Manila timezone, GMT+8)
  • Can be done in the comfort and privacy of your own home as long as you can clear out enough space for your mat and your outstretched limbs
  • Live guidance by the teacher online
  • Requirements needed – mobile smartphone or laptop, speakers (if you wish,) and a good internet connection
  • No contact during the class
  • Can be an interactive, focused, and rigorous practice under the proper guidance of the teacher
