“Going with the flow” never really came easy for me as I’m a natural over-thinker. It was through yoga that I learned how to be a little bit more easy-going and adventurous. I also gained a lot of confidence once I started exploring how to move my body and carry myself in different poses in the midst of varying challenges.
My new personal project here is to share a few poses or short sequences that I personally practice on my mat. There are no themes, unless otherwise stated. I aim to move every joint and tap into as many muscle groups as possible without straining or fatiguing the body too much.
My hope is that this encourages you to explore your body more as well, to learn a few new things, and to gain insights deepening your practice. Namaste.
