Summer has never really been my favorite season but it comes and goes and it challenges me to be open and versatile to this ever changing world.

Power of 3 on March 11

Jump-start your fitness goals and join us for the Power of 3 Empowering Wellness Workshop.

• Anna Manalastas, a certified yoga teacher, will give valuable tips on effective power and yin yoga poses that can enhance and complement your fitness goals.

• Ghia Nabong, a certified yoga teacher, surfer and psychotherapist will conduct an introduction to meditation session that can help you de-stress and increase mindfulness.

• Chef Portia Baluyut, restaurateur and celebrity chef, will do a healthy food demo.

Event is on March 11, 2018 from 1:30PM to 4:30PM at Yogahive Makati.

The Power of 3 event is a fundraising event for the benefit of UNICEF.

The Sense of “I Am”

When the mind stays in the “I am” without moving, you enter a state which cannot be verbalised but can be experienced. After all, the sense of “I am” is always with you only you have attached all kinds of things to it. All these self-identifications are misleading. Because of them, you take yourself to be what you are not.

Let go of your attachment to the unreal and the real will swiftly and smoothly step into its own. Stop imagining yourself being or doing this or that and the realisation that you are the source and heart of all will dawn upon you. With this will come great love which is not choice or predilection, nor attachment, but a power which makes all things love-worthy and lovable.
