Made a little cameo on the launch video of Shangri-La Circle’s membership and loyalty programme. 👀 It’s just been two weeks but it already feels like two years! Changed up my self-practice today to give my upper body a break. This is my version of “leg day.” At least tomorrow, both parts of my body will be complaining equally. 😂 Rolling, spinning, rising, flipping, falling, lying, and carrying on. 🦍🤸🏻‍♀️🐍🧘🏻‍♀️ With everything happening these days, it feels easy to spiral out of control. But no matter how things look, they are unfolding at the right time and pace. Onward we go. 🌊
