Modified Sun Salutation Sequence

Holà, community! It’s a new day, a new month, and maybe a new challenge.. if you’re up for it.
Let’s change up our routines, step out of our comfort zones, and add a little extra spice in our days. I dunno about you but this decade (so far..) has been a whirlwind for me and I’ve needed to make a lot of changes to keep myself anti-fragile in the midst of the chaos.
How have you been keeping up with all of life’s crazy hullabaloos? Might I suggest practicing this modified version of the classic Surya Namaskara?
Add a little oomph to your basic Sun salutation practice by including extra challenges like cobra rolls, inversion, and an arm balance to elevate your routine. Repeat the sequence 3-5 times to cultivate more strength, stability, and stamina in just 10 minutes.
