In partnership with Gingersnaps, I’d like to share a short 15-min meditation and yoga video with you to ease tension in the body and cultivate self-love.
Keeping mothers in mind, I designed the sequence to be gentle yet effective in opening up the body and releasing rigidity in the heart and mind. It’s important to give yourself the love you give to your family and precious relationships.
