Namaste, fellow yogis! Here’s a 15-minute hip-opener sequence called “Hippie Movement.”
Please note that there are a few advanced poses in the flow so you might like to watch the class in full first so you can plan the options you’ll take. You can always skip the poses that don’t feel right for you right now and come back when you feel more open or daring to step out of your comfort zone.
As always, please practice mindfully, remembering to breathe throughout the sequence and taking rest when you need to.
