
I recently wrote and recorded a 5 minute meditation that I would like to share with everyone. This is a short but sweet – and hopefully healing and clarifying – practice that you can take with you any time, anywhere. No need for fancy props, just five minutes of your day to breathe, be still, listen, and remember.
