Wall Yoga for Decompression

Doing yoga against the wall is one of my favorite things to practice before bed or when I’m on my moon cycle.

It is easy, relaxing, and effective in giving me the stretch, release, and decompression that I need in my body and mind. Lying on the floor with your feet up against a wall reminds us of the supportive and safe earth that we live upon. It is the perfect practice for anyone who feels downtrodden, exhausted, or anxious.

Anyone can benefit from doing Yoga Against the Wall, which is why I was very excited when Medicard Lifestyle Philippines invited me to do a yoga video series that included this. I hope you enjoy!
