Chair Yoga to Ease Tension

To start the new decade right, Medicard Philippines and I created this 5-minute chair yoga video to help anyone who’s day mostly consists of sitting on a chair for long periods of time. These poses will help to gently mobilize your joins, ease muscle tension, increase blood circulation, and improve overall posture.
