My main intention for the year was to meditate daily and to keep myself in check, I downloaded and subscribed to an app called Calm. It’s very simple yet helpful and powerful. I loved the minimalist interface of the app and the daily meditation sessions it offers. Calm also offers meditation series on developing deeper relationship with yourself, with others, with anxiety, and breaking habits.
There are so many programs that Calm provides and all of them aim to help each individual find calm in the midst of his busy daily life. It has particularly helped me.
