Last Sunday, on the first International Day of Yoga, I was very grateful to have been asked to teach a yoga class at Certified Calm’s “There’s Something About Yoga” event. The event aimed to introduce beginners to the beautiful practice of yoga and how it can change different aspects of life for the better.
I started out the day with a 7AM Vinyasa class for beginners, followed by a strong Ashtanga class by Ann Margaret Lim.
It was such an honor to be able to share this practice on that special day. Afterwards, I taught a great power class at Beyond Libis and in the evening, I taught a short segment of yoga on an online show in China.
I’m beyond grateful for the blessings of this practice and I was so excited to find that Certified Calm also set up a beautiful shout out board to express our love for yoga.
